Random unwatched shows showing up in Next Up suggestions

There you go, Next Up is honoring the disabled library ""Display in the home screen sections such as latest media and continue watching" option in 4.2.0.19.

Over the last couple days, Next Up has been putting random episodes of random shows, most of which I've never viewed, at the front of the list.

Certainly not a crippling disaster, but an annoyance I'd like to be rid of if possible.
