Offline Sync does not support external storage(MicroSD)

Hi All,

 

I was a former lifer on Plex, but due to recent updates to their app regarding sync, I've packed up and moved across to emby premiere for the offline sync.

 

However I noticed that I set offline sync to external storage, I keep getting sync unsuccessful notification on my tablet.

 

This is the only reason why I bought the lifetime sub. is this not working if it isn't just point me to the refund page, i'll just go back to transferring manually files to my tablet.

Hasn't worked for months and it's been mentioned many times and no fixes for this problem many of us are frustrated with.

I swear this was just working on my note 9 a week ago. This seriously might be a deal breaker if you can't use external storage. Might be time to move back to plex and cancel my payments to emby.
