[Bug] Reproducible Finally - Windows server gets in a state where it will not tune a channel until restart

Hi.  For the past couple days, when viewing some ESPN + channels from my provider, they time out and do not display. Afterwards all other channels behave the same way until I restart the Emby server.

Latest released Windows server version.

Latest released nVidia Shield version.

The test in the attached server log:

1) Started fresh, this is all that is in the log file.

2) Selected the ESPN+ channel.  After 30 seconds, got the "Unable to tune channel" message.

3) Selected NASA TV channel (because it always works).  After 30 seconds, got the "Unable to tune channel" message.

4) Selected a NBA package channel (because they almost always work).   After 30 seconds, got the "Unable to tune channel" message.

Went and saved the attached log.

5) Did the restart emby server from the tray icon.

6) Selected NASA TV channel and it worked.

7) Selected the same NBA package channel and it worked.

This seems to be fairly reproducible (I just enabled these ESPN+ channels yesterday and it started happening right away).

VLC can't play the ESPN+ stream either.  It's debug log is also attached.

If you need anything else, just let me know!

I'm a little confused as I'm a espn+ subscriber. I thought espn+ was a streaming only service at the moment, could you tell me which cable provider you are using and which channel number it is? Would like to see if I can reproduce this.

It is a streaming service that my IPTV provider provides.

Ah, ok. Since there was no details given on how you where using emby for live tv, I assumed something different. Thanks for the clarification.
