Scheduled jobs changed times after daylight savings

Emby 4.0.2.0 running on Ubuntu. Last night was DST, 1 hour forward. Live tv time/guide looks fine, system logs are logging the correct time. Scheduled jobs are executing an hour later than they are supposed to. When viewing the job times they are now all scheduled to run one hour later. For example the refresh guide task was scheduled to run at 4:30am. It actually ran at 5:30am because the job is now set to 5:30am. Is that expected behavior?

I would just setup the task schedule again.
