Left scroll arrow missing in Desktop mode

All of a sudden my Emby Theater for Windows (3.0.6) is missing the left side scroll arrow when in desktop mode.  I can scroll on any category using the right side scroll arrow, but there is no left side arrow, so I can't go back.

 

See attached screen shot.

 

Completely removed Emby Theater and re-installed, no difference.

 

Using Windows 7 Professional.

Don't know if you guys did anything, but I did another remove (all traces) and then re-installed and the left side scroll arrow is back.  I did this on two machines, one Windows 7 Pro and the other Windows 10 Pro and the left scroll arrow is again visible on both computers.
