Download and Sync

Hi 

 

I just bought premiere for download offline option. I just tested now on both my android app and iOS and when checking the server and the client its just stuck at queued.. any help on the matter..

Sync takes a little time and it doesn’t have a progress bar.

 

1. Make sure the clients are open/have been opened recently.

2. It can take a little time, depending on file size, to transfer the files. This is especially longer if you are remote from the server.
