No Image for Collections Folder

Hi Emby'ans,

 

I got myself a life-time membership, love the setup. But, I have one issue. I cannot get any image for Collections folder no matter what. I tried refreshing metadata, restarting server etc nothing works. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you have any guide/tutorial on how to setup Trailers/Cinema Mode please? I am new to this.
