playback in webapp, not as expected

i'll link some screen grabs from what I'm getting in the web app, this is at full playback, which it's not THAT bad, until realizing it's a 20GB Remux, which looks glorious on my 40" tv.. I did notice it's transcoding to the web app, whereas it's direct playing to the tv if that would make any difference... if any other logs that I don't know about are needed just let me know... also not sure if anyone knows this, but does the actual speed of the server (in terms of internet) really matter when streaming locally (as in from another device just on the same network)? because i'm really interested on how I'm able to play a video with a bitrate of 27Mbps with only 10Mbps upload..

I didn't think transcoding actually affected the quality, the screen shots have to be opened in a new window, for some reason emby.media still automatically attempts to preveiw albums in browser. so https://imgur . com/a/8xW7YSO

the quality of what I'm seeing when trying to view it in the browser is "bad", i'm not sure if you saw the screenshots or not, it's very blocky and the edges are fuzzy/not sharp.. however, when viewing on my tv it looks like a normal 1080p bluray.. here's the screenshots of what I'm seeing on the web app (https://imgur . com/a/8xW7YSO) just remove the spaces since the forum tries to display imgur albums within the forum..

This file has the VC1 video codec. Do you have any files with h264 video that you can compare with? Thanks !
