Support Key failed

Hi 

 

I have just purchased a support key for the Crystal theme I copied and pasted the Key into the box as per the instructions and rebooted both the server & media browser but it still says it's in trial mode, then when I turn the system back on the next day the box comes back up saying I need to buy a key to continue.

 

What to do next ?
