new scan option, scan but don't grab metadata

when talking about home media folders, just doing a "scan for new media" takes forever, since it auto grabs metadata as well as it gets the screengrabs, I feel having the option to only scan in the media itself could be very beneficial for those who just want to hurry and view something in emby..

Hi, you can always turn features off in the library settings for that particular library.
