Recordings from multiple servers won't clear

Hi. So I have two emby servers and for a short time I pointed them both to the same recording path, so all the recordings from both servers were in a single location. Recently I moved them back to seperate locations. The issue it that all the recordings are still showing in each recordings view under live tv. After seperating them I shutdown/restarted the servers, hoping they would rescan, but all the old recordings are still showing. Is there a data file I can delete that will get rebiult again after a restart?
