Friends, how can I put an image above all the content as in the example?

If you want to put the Image in the \system\dashboard-ui\css\images folder with every update you could do this.

#homeTab:before {
    content: url(../web/css/images/yourimage.jpg);
    padding-left: 22%;
}

Or if the image is hosted somewhere (the online image for your example)

#homeTab:before {content: url(https://q-ec.bstatic.com/images/hotel/max1024x768/352/35226231.jpg);
padding-left: 22%;}

Obviously the padding will need adjusted according to the actual image.

    height: 100em;
    display: block;

}

or

#homeTab:before {
    content: '';
    background: url(../web/css/images/yourimage.jpg) no-repeat center;
    height: 100em;
    display: block;
    background-size: cover;
}

You can add margins if you don't want the image to go to the edges, add within the code above.

margin-left: 10px;
margin-right: 10px;
