No skip or resume using Shield TV Pro

Noticed that when playing around in Emby that after I start a movie, I'm not able to skip chapters. It just jumps ahead a few seconds but that's all. I'm using a Harmony Elite remote and even if I do a long press same thing happens.

Also noticed if i start a movie and stop it at some point, it's not letting me resume at the stopping point but rather start from the beginning.

Does it work OK using the Shield remote or controller?

 

Perhaps the mappings on your Harmony are not 100% correct?

I don't think its the mapping on the harmony remote because it works perfectly fine in with all the other apps such as plex or kodi
