I still have some difficulties in getting into the raspberry for the emby log, I'm working on it, have patience. On the TV app I don't see the settings entry. thx

On the TV go to Settings in the menu

 

Across the top you should see several Settings areas including the word Log

 

Scroll to the top and then over to the right and click on the word Log

 

Once in the Log you should be able to scroll up and down, but you should see the 500 error toward the bottom if you went right to the log after the error occurred

What type of machine is the server on?  You should be able to use any web browser to open the logs

it's a raspberry, but a friend of mine has installed it and I can't get to the server on the PC, but only on the contents. I await his help.

I'm sorry but i can't get the log and my friend too.

I've installed emby server on a raspberry pi3 dietpi and i don't know how to get log: maybe you have any suggestion?

Otherwise no  matter, i'll wait for new app (so i've understood, is it right?)

I get the same 500 error when clicking genres which should have been captured in my log  from earlier.
