Movie playback stops after 10 seconds

I have emby premiere and client is amazon fire tablet. All of a sudden, when you play a movie it just stops after about 10 seconds. I tried on 4-5 movies and all the same. TV series are fine and all play normally. Playing moving on a roku device, mobile phone are both fine.

 

Ive tried clearing the cache & data, uninstalling 4 times and still the same issue.

 

Anyone experiencing this?
