Hi, I am having the same issue as well.  I've tried multiple installs, and deleting the authentication.db to no avail.  I will send you the emby logs for you to look at.  It is odd, I've tried multiple installs on multiple platforms, and this one just does not work right.  I just want to help you figure it out, as it is strange.
