Empty shows/no seasons showing

Hi,

 

I'm not sure if anyone else posted anything about htis already (did a quick search and could not find anything).

 

I'm currently on a Lumia 1520 using the Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview and Media Browser v8.0.61.0.

As I'm not very good at explaining things I'll attach some pictures to show you whats wrong.

As you can see on the first picture, it tells me that i have unwatched episodes.

However, when I open one of the shows this happens:

So far all of the shows I've tried do the same thing.

 

 

If there are any logs you want me to attach please say so.

ps. Everything works like it should via PC or using IE on the same phone.

If you could go to the about page (main page appbar > about) swipe across to logs and clear the logs. Then go to the shows and get the same problem you've been having, then go back to that logs section and email logs.

 

Just to clarify, what version of the server are you using? Are you on the dev branch by any chance?

After clearing the logs it magically started to work..

Just to be on the safe side i still emailed the logs.

 

Im using Version 3.0.5233.40306 (from what i can tell its the beta version).

Hi Scott

 

I seem to be having this issue as well now. I cleared the log, reproduced the problem and sent it through to you.

I'm on Windows Phone 8.1 Update running on Lumia 930 against server Version 3.0.5607.2

 

Another thing, although it doesn't affect functionality is that the poster view on the lock screen doesn't appear to be working. If you change it to that view it remains on the whichever was selected previously althought the poster view is highlghted.

is the web client the same?

No, they are showing up ok in the web client. I have tried them in that, MBC, DLNA and MBT and they are all showing ok.

 

I can't check in the win 8.1 app as it keeps crashing on the system I have it installed on but I'm putting that down to the fact I'm running the Win 10 tech preview and a lot of apps are unstable.

Hi Scott

 

This issue has appeared again for me when I enable the setting to show missing or unaired episodes. 

I'm running version 8.0.67.1 with the current stable server release.
