External connection not working!

Hi everyone, so I have the server set up to where I can go into it when I'm out and about, for some reason, after I rebooted my PC, I cannot log into it from outside my network. I can't go to my IP address from any web browser from outside the network either.

Yes I have it set up for Port Forwarding to 8096.

Yes, when I check https://canyouseeme.org/ it says,  Success: I can see your service on...

Anyone know what can be going on? Thank you all in advance!
