Angelblue05 4132 Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 No I have not enabled that. What happens if you do? Do you see more sets than before or?
heula 192 Posted February 26, 2019 Author Posted February 26, 2019 What happens if you do? Do you see more sets than before or?Enabling this option doesn’t help. I see issues with movies that have part1, part2 etc movies in the folder. Those movies are added as other items and not as movies. They are visible in the Emby collections but not in Kodi. Also some movies can’t be added to collections and I have no idea why. I keep adding them but it does not appear in the collection I added it to. I will add some more info and images tomorrow. Hope this info can help solving my box set issues. 1
heula 192 Posted February 27, 2019 Author Posted February 27, 2019 No idea why but the auto box set plugin hanles two of my Highlander movies as other items instead of movies. Visible in Emby but not in Kodi. This is just one example. I have multiple movies that have part1, part2 etc. Those are dvd rips of dvd box sets. All those rips are seen as "Other items" in Emby and because of that not picked up in Kodi as part of the box set. 1
Angelblue05 4132 Posted February 27, 2019 Posted February 27, 2019 What if you remove and readd them to ypur library? Do they get detected correctly? As type others won’t get added as a movie entry.
Solution heula 192 Posted February 27, 2019 Author Solution Posted February 27, 2019 What if you remove and readd them to ypur library? Do they get detected correctly? As type others won’t get added as a movie entry. I'm almost there where it all is good again. I have removed some movies and re-added them again. For some I just had to give the same IMDB collection ID to get them right. Also I have removed some collection.xml files in the Collection folders. I noticed that is no longer created with new box sets. That helped too. Thanks 1
