User is: Berni There are some ffmpeg logs. Please can someone take a look at my logs. Tank you! rechner123 12 Posted February 18, 2019 Author Posted February 18, 2019 hi i don't know at what point it stops. he said the first movie stops min. 5 times and he had to start it always again. at the second movie there was only one stop. it shows me at the server activity that the user is playing/has stopped x-times. yesterday again with one movie it stops 10 times. a generally internet problem i can rule out at the user.
Luke 42085 Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Ok, there's just a lot of log files here so there's a lot to process. A common reason for this happening is that the quality setting may be too high for the connection. You could ask your user to lower the in-app quality setting to reduce the size of the data transmission. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
rechner123 12 Posted February 19, 2019 Author Posted February 19, 2019 ok. thank you, i will try that. But my upload speed is 40mbit/s and the download speed at the user is 100mbit/s. The speed is reached at all times. In emby the maximum upload is set to 35mbit/s.
