Friend is missing 'Select Server' button

Friend who has server manage access to his server (windows) and non-server manage access to my server does not have a 'Select Server' button on his profile page. He sees it on android app, roku app and firetv app but not on chrome. Any ideas?

It's not in the built-in web app. That only supports single server connections. It's in our online web app, http://app.emby.media, or https://app.emby.media if he has SSL setup.
