all4dom 101 Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 Before the big update, i was able to stream emby to 3 tv's. one was a roku, one is a fire tv & the other a fire tv stick. Any time i rebooted my server emby started right up, no issues. I was able to have playon running while streaming with no issues. Now after the update, I have been experiencing some issues such as getting a vollycom error, which i thouight i corrected after removing the 's from the fire tv & stick device name but that has not worked. When i reboot my server, it takes emby longer to bootup & I dont mind that but then half the time I get a spinning circle, which takes a few minutes to stop or emby says its updating the database & this may take a minute or 2 bvut its longer. If im running playon then Im lucky if I can get emby to work on 2 devices. I had none of these issues before the big update. I know you guys are working hard to correct these issues and there was a followup update, but it seems to not have corrected my issues. Thanks Dom embyserverLog.txt ffmpeglog.txt hardwarelog.txt

Luke 42085 Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 Looking at this, it looks like it takes your server a good 60 seconds to start before it will be fully usable. That is something we will be looking at improving. Thanks.

Right now my wife is watching emby in the firetv & I cant get on. I am getting the vollyerror. Only thing running on emby server right now is playin. For me to watch something I'm gonna have to reboot the server.
all4dom 101 Posted February 17, 2019 Author Posted February 17, 2019 Luke as I was typing the above, my emby tv folder was open but all it said was loading, I hit the back button & logged into emby & it started up. I'm gonna go downstairs & upload the logs & maybe you will see something.

all4dom 101 Posted February 18, 2019 Author Posted February 18, 2019 Moat of the time I wind up rebooting but I'm also pondering if it's my server, but on a few occasions it does start up. If your not seeing anything in the logs then maybe it's my server. What I'm gonna try is not running ooohhhh ng Playon & just have the server run emby. One side thought is my Intel drivers are acting up.
