Emby-Server can't search any movie and episode information, everything else is normal!

Hello, everyone. I'm a new user of Emby.

I installed Emby3.5.3 through Docker in DSM 5.2-5592. Intranet access: normal! External access: normal!

But... But... But... All episodes can't collect episode information. Individual episodes can be identified manually by name, ID and "play name + imdbid + ThemovieDBID". The search results are always empty!! What's the reason why you can't find out after a day's tossing?

Is this a Synology or XPEnology system? If Synology, what h/w do you have?

 

Any reason you are not running the native package?
