Issues connecting remotely on some devices

Hi Luke

 

Having trouble connecting to my server on some devices. when trying to connect the devices are unable to connect (connection timeout)

 

PS4 web browser - connection timeout

cheap Bush 'smart'TV - web browser - connection timeout

Host windows PC - firefox and chrome web browsers via external/remote link - connection timeout

 

PS4 (LAN) Media player app - works

Host Win PC (localhost/LAN) - works

LG smartTV (LAN) - works

 

Android - Web browser via 4G/Mobile Data - works

friend on unknown device - external/ remote link - works

and

https://canyouseeme.org/ - confirms port is open

 

Not sure what to do here as it is accessible via the android phone external connection but not the some other external connections
