Grouping two libraries into one view

Hi all,

 

In my setup I have two libraries for TV Shows. One of them is for English TV shows, another id for Russian TV shows. I have separated them because English and Russian TV shows need their data retrieved from different media servers/different languages.

 

Then in Emby server settings for the user (I think) it was possible to group those two libraries into one view. So I did: TV shows contained both TV Shows English and TV Shows Russian libraries.

 

However now I can't find that setting. It seems I've checked every possible setting, but can't find it. Is it gone with some Emby Server update?

I'm fairly sure that has been removed in version 4.0.x

There doesn't seem to be a solution for your language situation though.

That sucks. Why feature that worked great is removed is beyond my understanding... If I would be paying Emby Premiere customer I would be furious...

 

How can I revert to the version which allows library merge? I'm running Emby on Synology...

There is a point in the tread where Luke says there willl be something coming to help with your type of setup.
