DVR - playback problem while program is actively recording

I dont know if this has been occurring in previous versions, but this evening I tried to playback a show that was still actively recording. It would play for anywhere between 45 seconds to about 2.5 minutes, then would restart back at the beginning. As soon as the recording completed, I was able to playback the show with no trouble at all.

Update.

 

Tonight I was able to watch a show that was being actively recorded, and had no trouble at all. Must have been a one-off failure with that particular file.
