Live TV freezes every few seconds

In the web-app while watching live TV with hdhomerun I get freezing every few seconds almost like a pattern, it just keeps repeating over and over about every 5 seconds it freezes for a second and then starts. On the FireTV same thing but not near as bad and seems random.. Attached are a couple logs.

Hi there, can you try lowering the in-app quality setting in the app? For example you could try something like 3 mbps. Please see how this compares. Thanks.

That didnt change nothing I went down to 1mb and still freezing up..

Also I noticed only the video locks up for a sec but not the audio it plays fine.

It seems its only on antenna TV. IPTV with xTeVe is fine. If I watch antenna TV with the HDHomerun app it plays fine on my PC and fire TV. The antenna signal strength is 100%. It seems it only happens when using Emby and only live/antenna TV..
