Shield server 4.0.2 - No Streaming

Videos would play fine before and now they will not play at all with the 4.0.2.0 update. All videos no longer has a 4k and 1080p etc icon, Also shows no audio info uptop as well, it seems like the new server cannot see where the video is even though below it says the path.
