I never use the Episodes tab as it's just unusable for me. I almost exclusively use the "next up" section on the horizontal home screen. 1

The next up is great, but both my wife and i watch quite a few shows, and i use an external player mpc-be with madvr, so the next up is not always accurate for me, for instance if i stop watching halfway through an episode, and start watching later, next up will be the next episode, even though im not finished with the one before Edited February 14, 2019 by teddybear75

I used to use MPC-HC with MadVR but the new mpv player in ET is pretty good now and resolves those sort of issues. But I can see the appeal of using MadVR for the quality it gives.

daedalus 434 Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 it's so sad no one seems to be willing to port back the playstate tracking of mpc-hc/be we already had this in MB2 and even had a little "helper application" that offered this functionality 1
