crusher11 1101 Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Obviously MVC can be played in 2D, and will do so on non-3D displays. But when a 3D display is connected, it automatically plays in 3D. It would be good to have the choice, either immediately before playing or as a user setting. 2
Luke 42078 Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Hi, yes we need to improve this. Thanks.
SikSlayer 249 Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 This is something I noticed just last night. Tried to play a 3D Full SBS title (as opposed to MVC, just to make it clear) on my tablet and then on my phone, and I'm seeing both left and right 'eyes' on the screen. Especially silly issue to have when Emby auto detects that it's a Full SBS title (because it was appropriately named) and even the chapter images aren't 'doubled'. I was always impressed by that. Hopefully this is addressed soon.
unisoft 352 Posted March 5, 2019 Posted March 5, 2019 Obviously MVC can be played in 2D, and will do so on non-3D displays. But when a 3D display is connected, it automatically plays in 3D. It would be good to have the choice, either immediately before playing or as a user setting. I get the opposite on my LG OLED 3D TV. Model oled55C6V. Mvc never shows as 3D and just 2d. I'm guessing it's the player used that doesn't support Mvc encoded file with supported emby file extension.
crusher11 1101 Posted March 7, 2019 Author Posted March 7, 2019 (edited) Yeah I'm getting the same now. No idea why, it was definitely working earlier. I have a C6 as well. Edited March 7, 2019 by crusher11
