Shield TV Server

I like my current setup with Emby but I hate Windows updates so I'm exploring using my shield as a server.  So far performance seems good.  Is there an easy way to move my current scheduled recordings to the shield tv setup?  Any advice for cache's (internal shield TV, or external drive or external ssd).  Looking at having the best performance with the least amount of headaches.

Hi, currently no although we plan to add this to the backup plugin in the future. i would suggest just recreating them. Thanks.

I would just start with the server default settings and only change them when you have a reason to.

I setup a fast 64 gb usb3 flash drive as my temporary transcoding folder... that way it does not task any of the hardrives.

@@Eagle520, what have you installed on the Shield? Emby Server, or our Emby for Android TV media player app?
