File location change

Hi Guys,

 

I need to change my libraries locations. It's the same data but pointing to another location.

 

At the moment it looks at /mnt/Plexdrive

 

I need to change to /data

 

They are both looking at Google drive

 

I've been informed that by doing this I will lose my watched status etc which I really don't want for myself and my users.

 

I know I can link to Trakt but will this sync all my users?

 

Is there another way I can keep my watch status?

Where did you get that information?

 

Your user data (including watched status) should survive this ASSUMING your items are all identified by global methods (tmdb, tvdb, etc.).  Where you may have issues is if you have items that are either not properly identified or can't be identified (like home videos).
