Reinstalling Emby Server

I have quite an old installation of Emby, so old the directory it is in is still MediaBrowser-Server.

 

I'd like to uninstall and start fresh, I think there is a lot of crap lying around in my current install and I read somewhere that a fresh 4.x DB file doesn't have any unneeded content left over from the 3-4 migration process.

 

Is the process outlined here still current for 4.0, seeing it was last updated in July last year?
