I am trying use a webdrive folder as the source for emby.  but I get this error when trying to scan the library for movies

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '\\webdav.opendrive.com@SSL\DavWWWRoot\movies' is denied.

Emby is not running as a windows service and I can open that folder in windows explorer and see the list of files with no issues.

Please advise.

Hi, when you set this up in windows explorer, did you have to provide a username and password for it?

No, the mapped drive works just like any drive and does not ask for credentials

Ok right now the errors appear to be coming from the .net core runtime which unfortunately will mean there's not a whole lot we can do about this. I'll try to set a web drive up for testing to verify this myself. Thanks.
