How do I setup ServerWmc?

I have MediaBrowser Server installed on my Windows 8.1 PC (current update) I have the MediaBrowser apps installed on both of my Windows Phone 8.1 & Windows RT.

All movies/Music/Recorded TV work flawlessly on all devices.

 

I can't get the ServerMCE to work properly with Live TV.

 

I get the "Unavailable (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it [::1]:9080)"

 

What am I doing wrong?

 

Does it work with IE 11 yet?

 

My firewall does allow port 9080.

 

Help.....Jack is back and would love to watch Mr. Bauer live from my Windows Phone

Are you running the serverwmc app on your wmc machine?  You need this in addition to the plugin.

I have installed the plugin from the MB3 site...I guess that isn't all that I need to install. I have tried to install the "installer_ServerWMC.msi" from the googledrive location, nothing happens when the progress banner appears.

Is that the serverWMC app?

I changed my Registry to allow me to install as administrator and still nothing.

 

Any suggestions would greatly appreciated.

That is the program you need to install.  It must be installed on the windows machine that has wmc already installed and configured.  You shouldn't to change your registery to install it.
