Improving the scraper fallback logic / extend "refresh metadata" option

basically I have two requests:

 

 

1. Fallback logic

 

 

 

Enable and rank your preferred metadata downloaders in order of priority. Lower priority downloaders will only be used to fill in missing information.

 

I'm always fighting TVDB and TMDB and switching between these two to get my configured DE language.

 

TVDB always locks shows and episodes don't get updates for a very long time. And TMDB has missing informations for a lot of shows.

 

So I suggest you to change the way the fallback works. Currently it falls back to EN instead of using the next scraper in the row to search for the configured preferred language. If no DE is found at all -> use EN. 

 

 

 

2. Refresh metadata by scraper

 

Add a option to refresh the metadata by choosing a scraper per item. So a user can easily update the infos based on TVDB for example even if TMDB is configured with a higher prio.
