Configuring a secondary computer for MBT

I have a Linux server which, to my understanding, will not easily allow me to install the Media Browser server application.

I want to have a second computer in another room with access to the media on my server. So my solution is to put MB server and MBT applications on another Windows computer.

My questions is where are the folders/files located that I need to copy to the second computer so the two are identical relative to MB?
