Give option to limit hw transcode streams per GPU

I have two GPUs, an Intel and Nvidia GPU.

 

I prefer to use Intel GPU first for a few transcoding streams and after it hits a number I set, falls back to Nvidia GPU for future trancoding streams.

 

So for example, I set 3 streams max for encoding on intel GPU the 4th transcode will fallback the the nvidia GPU.

 

Pretty much just trying to balance stream quality between the physical limits of both GPUs.

Hi, in the future this will happen automatically and won't require a setting. The server already knows how many concurrent streams each GPU can handle, we're just not doing anything with that information yet.

what does it do for an nvidia quadro that has no limit on concurrent streams?
