thekingswolf 48 Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 fresh install of server. creating collection. movies show inside collection, as well as showing inside library. I just want the grouped collection to show in library, not every movie inside it individually. It used to be that way but I can't find the setting.
Gilgamesh_48 1240 Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 fresh install of server. creating collection. movies show inside collection, as well as showing inside library. I just want the grouped collection to show in library, not every movie inside it individually. It used to be that way but I can't find the setting. I have been told that the setting is now on whichever client you are using. On the Roku you turn it on per library by browsing your movies/shows and pressing the star * key and using the resulting menu. On other clients I would guess the setting is accessed similarly.
Luke 42093 Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 Hi there, can you please go over an example? thanks.
thekingswolf 48 Posted February 3, 2019 Author Posted February 3, 2019 These Halloween movies should not be listed under the movies page. They should all be combined in a single entry because they are in a collection.
thekingswolf 48 Posted February 3, 2019 Author Posted February 3, 2019 basically Collections don't show up in the movies page, the movies show individually.
Solution Happy2Play 9789 Posted February 3, 2019 Solution Posted February 3, 2019 The "Group items into collections" is no longer a global setting. It is a per library menu option (three dot button next to filters). 1
