Movies inside collection still showing in library

fresh install of server.  creating collection.  movies show inside collection, as well as showing inside library.  I just want the grouped collection to show in library, not every movie inside it individually.  It used to be that way but I can't find the setting.

I have been told that the setting is now on whichever client you are using.

 

On the Roku you turn it on per library by browsing your movies/shows and pressing the star * key and using the resulting menu. On other clients I would guess the setting is accessed similarly.

These Halloween movies should not be listed under the movies page.  They should all be combined in a single entry because they are in a collection.

basically Collections don't show up in the movies page, the movies show individually.

The "Group items into collections" is no longer a global setting. It is a per library menu option (three dot button next to filters).
