All Content Customizations Gone After Upgrading to 4.0

Totally caught off guard, here. Did I miss something in the update notes? 

After upgrading to the latest release for Unraid, all of my content customizations are gone. For example, I had reorganized all my Marvel content under a new collection called Marvel Cinematic Universe and then locked each piece of content. All those changes are wiped out now and it's back to the default TheMovieDB collections. 

What am I missing, here?

If you don't have metadata saved with media then all this information resides only in the database.  During the migration/upgrade some content types get removed from the database and a library scan re-adds them with new itemids so all of these content types get re-added with default provider metadata.

 

Your example should be a totally separate issue with custom Collections.  The Custom collection still reside in \data\collections correct?
