jerking images when watching movies

I run emby on a headless CENTOS 7 home server. Recently, when trying to stream movies, the images are jerking.

I might be wrong, but I think this happense since upgrade to bersion 4.0

Would you please point me to a document or recommend what the most convenietn transcoding settings for such a server are.

 

 

Some HW info:

processor      Intel® Core i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz

memory         8GiB System Memory

memory         8GiB DIMM DDR4 Synchronous 2133 MHz (0.5 ns)
