Create "default templates" of content pages

Hi, right now, it is only possible to arrange the order and the views of your Library home within the user settings.

One option, I would like to have is, that the Library Admin / Manager can create a default view - and then, apply this to all users.

 

There should also be a setting in the Admin / Users / section, where you can allow or disallow the option for rearranging the library main view on user-level.

Hopefully, I have described my idea in a way that is understandable ^^
