Emby Theater "Ghostly" Connecting to Server

Not sure if this is a issue or not...I haven't used Emby Theater in days and I can't find the Task running in Task Manager but "low-and-behold" in my server console I get this???Whats going on here? Anything I should be concerned with? It doesn't make any sense that a App that has not been run nor is running is contacting my Server...Any Ideas?

Seems weird that the App is syncing when it's not even running...Windows always does things that's hidden.
