[Bug] Windows server gets in a state where it will not tune a channel until restart

I used to see this frequently with the previous server build.  It happens much less now, but still can.

What happens is watching IPTV fine.  The channel freezes, and from that point forward I get nothing but "can't tune channel at this time" errors until I restart the server.

 

There were two people on at this time, 1 local and 1 remote. My IPTV subscription has 2 streams available, and the Simultaneous stream limit is also set to 2.

 

Happened at the bottom of the log, about 19:54.  The ffmpeg log didn't look like it updated since yesterday, but here it is anyway. Hopefully the exceptions in the server log will help identify the problem.

 

I was watching on a shield, and it looks like it took the new release.  I believe the remote user was on a xbox.
