Hi, have you tried to set this up yourself yet?  It's pretty easy to do.

If you've tried it but can't get it working I'd be happy to do a remote session with you and help/guide you through the process so you learn it.

But you should be able to do this yourself.  As @vdatanet has said, let us know where you have a problem and we can help you right here.

First, upload your m3u playlist to the server. You can use a pendrive and using X-plore app in your Nvidia Shield, you can copy the playlist where you want.

Is it not clear from the help text that it is optional and you can leave it blank?

You need to supply the m3u file or URL address in the first option under "detect my device".

Then click save and you have a tuner setup in Emby.

Then setup a guide source which your provider should have given you.  You will use the "XML" source for this.

Yes you can add them manually if you wish.  This guide is for 4.6 but is similar for editing in 4.5
