Video Buffering

Hello,

 

I want to increase buffering time from 30 seconds to at least 5  to 10 minutes.

 

Right now it's between 15 to 30 seconds. What should i do for this ?

 

I need this help ASAP.

yes i have 

 

when user more than 10 transcending automatically playing direct playing and video playing stopping  playing stopping by buffering  

so i want my increasing buffering time at least 5 min fast 

 

can we play only 720p video default setting for local and mobile user

check this on iphone play direct and on other device with transcoding and on browser playing slow slow

Hi.  It looks like one of your transcodes is only running at 30fps which would probably not be enough to sustain smooth playback.  Why do you think buffering would solve this problem?

i have check that the issue is

 

when i play 1 signal video server play this Direct play and send some play back time like 1 or 2 min  but i want this server surf buffering till end time of video

Ok, we don't currently have any options for this. I would suggest lowering the in-app quality setting to sustain smooth playback. Thanks.
