bernardotraad 0 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Hello, I'm using Emby Server v4.0.1.0 on Windows 10 x64, and after the last update I've added a new movie to my library: Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) The folder structure is: F:\Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) [1080p]\ And the files are: Bohemian Rhapsody (2018).mp4 Bohemian Rhapsody (2018).srt All my movies on the library are like the example above, and it always worked fine. But this movie is not detected and the nfo and image files are not downloaded. My settings for the library are in the screenshot. If you need more info, please let me know. Thanks
Happy2Play 9783 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 (edited) Can you post the server log. But a guess would point to folder name "Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) [1080p]". Edited January 25, 2019 by Happy2Play
bernardotraad 0 Posted January 25, 2019 Author Posted January 25, 2019 (edited) Sure! Here it is. I always used folder naming like this and it always worked! I have over 700 movies and all are named like this. I even tried to change the movie folder name to Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) and it won't work either. Forgot to upload the log. https://pastebin.com/5U9KkX30 Edited January 25, 2019 by bernardotraad
Happy2Play 9783 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Not sure but your additional folders on your F: drive are logging access issues. There is no mention of Bohemian Rhapsody in the log. The two movies that are seen during this scan are external id issues from tmdb "It (1990) and Street Fighter Assassin's Fist (2014)" System.UnauthorizedAccessException: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'F:\Recovery' is denied Also you might want to ensure you sanitize your logs when posting. 1
bernardotraad 0 Posted January 25, 2019 Author Posted January 25, 2019 Sorry, I do not know I had to sanitize my logs. How do I do that? I'm trying to figure it out. Permissions are ok. I'm not running the server as a service. Do I need to run it with admin privileges? Thank you!

TugboatBill 16 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 I was getting the same error, though my situation is different. My files are on a NAS and I was running Emby as a Windows service. This had been working fine, but after the update to v4 most of my images were not appearing. I changed the logon as from local system to my local login that also had access to the NAS share. All my images appeared. So in my case it really was a permissions issue.
Luke 42085 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Another thing you could try is creating an f:/movies folder and move the movies into there, and then use that folder in emby. That will make the errors about the recovery folder go away.
