Oracle 85 Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Looking for something that can facilitate the main needs of a VPN (i.e. Watching American Netflix in Canada, downloading anonymously, etc etc) What are some good free options, with no data limit and a static IP? ^ Do these even exist?
metsuke 27 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 ProtonVPN is free, and has predictable IPs (at least my usage has been predictable). I pay for ProtonMail and ProtonVPN, though there are free versions of both, and I highly recommend both. 1
CBers 7450 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 There was this discussion a while back, about the best VPN, not just free ones. https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/49518-question-which-vpn-is-best
Spaceboy 2573 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 I have subs to torguard, PIA and froot and use them interchangeably. PIA most though. All are good but not free
WilhelmStroker 102 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 I would stay away from free VPNs as you never know whether they use/keep/sell your data. I used ExpressVPN for a bit but then moved to PIA and that's not bad at all. And not expensive either.
