Can't combine TV Series / Movies anymore?

Greetings,

After this last major update, it doesn't appear I can combine TV Shows and Movies anymore when several exist.

On my server I have this usecase:

- TV Shows: Live Action

- TV Shows: Animation

- TV Shows: Anime

Previously, on the client side, these could be combined to all fall under TV Shows. Now that option seems to not exist.

I have this usecase in place because I have some users on my server who don't care about Anime, Animation and in one case, Live Action; so I simply don't give them access to those libraries. It mitigates the impression some get that "its a kiddie server because of all the animation" /sigh.

I don't see any threads addressing this. What's going on with this?

Yes that is the replacement feature. Thanks.

Do we have any way yet to better control permissions?

Emby has needed group controls for a long time now.

This is going to be a pain in the butt to go through and change all this around and THEN have to go configure each user individually :-\

We really need a method to allocate permissions based on groups, not individual users.

We do not, but that's something we're interested in for the future. thanks.

Can I suggest really pumping up the priority on this.

It's something even the most basic CMS package has.

There are 10 CMSes on Wikpedia's CMS page alone that have User and Group management developed and practically nothing else >.>

I think its fair to say many people who have been using Emby (Media Player before that) have collections that exceed several terrabytes now and these sort of user management tools are becoming super necessary.

I think it's good idea. We're going as fast as we can to make everyone as happy as possible. Thanks.
