Shuffle Appears To Not Shuffle

Attempted to put some Seinfeld on shuffle this evening on my MiBox using the Emby android tv app, but I noticed it was playing the first episode of the season, so I backed out and hit shuffle again. I attempted on the web ui as well and same results. If I there's any more information, or logs, etc that would help let me know. 
If anyone else can try shuffling a season of something and report success that would help too!

Nothing more than my original example, but I can elaborate on the exact process.

If I go to a TV series season, Emby gives me the option to play all or shuffle.

Shuffle does not shuffle. It plays the season, but in sequential order. Even upon skipping to the next episode they are sequential.

Before the major 4.0 update, this feature worked as intended by playing the episodes in a random order.

I've attempted this on both the Emby android tv app and the Emby web ui with same results every time.

I just tested this and it seems to be working just fine. I hit shuffle on agents of shield and got season 5, episode 3. 

 

Are you sure you clicked shuffle and not play all?

You had me questioning myself lol, but I am hitting shuffle, but you got me digging deeper.

I'm going to assume you hit shuffle of a series and not a season.

My video shows examples of going into a season and hitting shuffle with no shuffle, but if you hit shuffle on the series, it does in fact shuffle.

I'm personally okay with this for the time being, but I don't think this is the intended outcome when shuffling an individual season, or that shuffle button should probably be named, "play all".

 

I really couldn't think of any other ways to give an example other than film it.
